One of the most central venues in London, the meeting and conference facility is located in the St Giles Hotel's lower levels with its own dedicated external entrance. The Conference Centre comprises of six modern and flexible conference and rooms ideal for meetings, conferences, events, training and presentations. All rooms are finished with a high specification which includes LCD Projector or LCD TV projection link and Wireless Internet service.


The room capacity range from 2 to 195 delegates, and we can accommodate various meeting styles ranging from one on one interviews to large Theatre style event presentations.


Standard delegate packages include Room Hire, 3 Servings of Tea & Coffee, two Course Lunch in the Il Grasso Restaurant, Mineral Water, Mints, Stationery, Flip Chart, LCD or TV link and/or OHP.

Additional equipment hire, secretarial service & business support are also available on request and our delegate packages can all be upgraded and flexible based on your needs.

In addition, competitive accommodation rates are available for meeting delegates and discounted overnight parking rates in the NCP Car Park. Dinner can also be arranged in one of our three in-house Restaurants.
